biolog\u00eda evolutiva (GIBE) tiene por objetivo general el estudio de los patrones y procesos que involucran la din\u00e1mica del genoma en modelos animales y vegetales. Eliana Ruth Steinberg<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La Cariosistem\u00e1tica es el estudio de las relaciones naturales de los organismos a partir de la informaci\u00f3n brindada por los cromosomas. En un grupo tan diverso como es el del orden Primates, estudiamos su evoluci\u00f3n analizando la informaci\u00f3n que nos brindan los cromosomas, tanto en l\u00ednea som\u00e1tica como en l\u00ednea germinal. Comparamos los cariotipos de las distintas especies y analizamos los reordenamientos cromos\u00f3micos que ocurrieron durante el proceso evolutivo. Con esta informaci\u00f3n se proponen hip\u00f3tesis sobre los mecanismos involucrados en la evoluci\u00f3n del cariotipo y, junto con la informaci\u00f3n brindada por otras disciplinas tales como ecolog\u00eda, etolog\u00eda, paleontolog\u00eda, biolog\u00eda molecular, entre otras, se interpreta la historia evolutiva de las especies analizadas.<\/p><ul><li><h6><strong>Aportes y l\u00edmites de la teor\u00eda evolutiva contempor\u00e1nea en el di\u00e1logo interdisciplinar: el caso de la evoluci\u00f3n humana en diferentes escalas espaciales y temporales. <\/strong><\/h6><\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Responsable: Dra. Ana Liza Tropea<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n aborda el estudio de diversas problem\u00e1ticas humanas cuyo conocimiento cient\u00edfico se organiza en torno a las interpretaciones evolutivas contempor\u00e1neas. Estas problem\u00e1ticas van desde el c\u00f3mo, cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde surgi\u00f3 nuestra especie; qu\u00e9 tipo de interacciones hubo con otros homininos en el Pleistoceno Superior; cu\u00e1l es el marco cronol\u00f3gico y geogr\u00e1fico de la llegada de la humanidad a Am\u00e9rica; el sentido de las razas humanas; qu\u00e9 tipo de identidad subyace a las narrativas acerca de nuestra historia, etc. Si bien pueden parecer tem\u00e1ticas muy diversas y amplias, todas estas cuestiones tienen elementos en com\u00fan que nos interesa investigar: supuestos acerca de qui\u00e9nes somos y c\u00f3mo se construye el conocimiento acerca de nuestra propia evoluci\u00f3n. Consideramos que la Biolog\u00eda Evolutiva es una puerta que permite investigar estos interrogantes, sin embargo, en ese camino debe dialogar estrechamente con otras disciplinas como la historia, la filosof\u00eda, la psicolog\u00eda, la biolog\u00eda, la antropolog\u00eda, etc. Se presentan aqu\u00ed m\u00faltiples desaf\u00edos en los que la Teor\u00eda Evolutiva, con su mirada, aporta riqueza interpretativa y, a su vez, desnuda sus limitaciones. Esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n persigue, por lo tanto, cuestionar presupuestos del di\u00e1logo interdisciplinar, y proponer nuevas formas conceptuales para enmarcar la reconstrucci\u00f3n de nuestra historia a la luz de un compromiso \u00e9tico con las necesidades de nuestra humanidad hoy.<\/p><ul><li><h6><strong>Gen\u00e9tica Toxicol\u00f3gica: Investigaciones sobre genotoxicidad de agentes qu\u00edmicos y nanopart\u00edculas en diferentes modelos biol\u00f3gicos <em>in vivo<\/em> e <em>in vitro<\/em>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h6><\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Responsable: Dra. Nancy Beatriz Andrioli<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La Gen\u00e9tica Toxicol\u00f3gica (GT) integra conceptos de mutag\u00e9nesis experimental y citogen\u00e9tica aplicada, abordando problemas ambientales y preocupaciones sobre los efectos en la salud humana. A medida que estos problemas se complejizan, la GT, desarrolla nuevos m\u00e9todos y l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n para evaluar la genotoxicidad de diversos agentes. Esta disciplina transdisciplinar, se ocupa de cuestiones clave como los efectos carcinog\u00e9nicos en humanos, los impactos en comunidades biol\u00f3gicas y la necesidad de regulaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos y agroqu\u00edmicos. \u00a0Cobra importancia en la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales especializados, para enfrentar desaf\u00edos en investigaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n.<\/p><ul><li><h6><strong>Estad\u00edstica y dise\u00f1os experimentales en an\u00e1lisis desarrollados en distintos modelos biol\u00f3gicos (vertebrados, invertebrados, cultivos celulares y alcoholes de cadena corta, entre otros)\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6><\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Responsable: Dra.
